Regulate & Reconnect: A Summer Reset Series for Anxious Women Seeking Community, Calm, and Intentional Living

A therapist-led nervous system wellness circle for spiritually curious women craving slower living, meaningful connection, and a softer, more intentional relationship with themselves.

You’re not meant to heal alone.

Maybe you’ve been feeling:

  • overstimulated
  • anxious but high-functioning
  • emotionally exhausted
  • disconnected from yourself
  • lonely despite being constantly online
  • craving deeper friendships and more meaningful connection
  • tired of hustle culture and always being “on”

Regulate & Reconnect was created for women longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience healing in community.

This is not traditional group therapy.

It’s a curated relational wellness experience blending nervous system education, grounding practices, intentional conversation, reflection, ritual, and authentic connection.

Think: blankets in the grass, nervous system support, tarot prompts, grounding exercises, journaling, meaningful conversation, and summer evenings in Wash Park with emotionally intelligent women who are craving the same thing you are!

About the Facilitator

Hi, I’m Melissa.

I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Cederquist Counseling. My work is relational, nervous-system-informed, and rooted in helping women reconnect with themselves in authentic and meaningful ways.

I created Regulate & Reconnect because I believe so many women are craving emotionally safe spaces where they can slow down, feel supported, and experience genuine connection outside of crisis-oriented environments.

This experience is designed to feel grounding, intentional, reflective, and deeply human.
